Playful & Experimental.
We make the kind of beer we enjoy drinking ourselves. Anything from hoppy IPAs, DIPAs, TIPAs, sours, heavy dark stouts and beer that interpret local or contemporary craft traditions. Every aspect of our process is carefully considered and based on respect for the craft. We aim to challenge every format of beer, artwork and illustration to tell stories through our brews. We want to be curious and playful, yet focused on quality and taste.
Collaboration
A great privilege about being part of the craft beer community is the opportunity to learn from one another. Visiting other breweries to make beer together provides a sense of friendship that transcends any notion of competition within the scene. We collaborate with a wide selection of breweries and individuals to encourage curiosity and to strengthen the sense of greater inter– connectedness.

MBBC at Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri
For Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2022 all Danish breweries attending the festival got together to brew a Belgian style Pale Ale. It all went down on a fun day at Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri complete with a rowdy return bustrip to Copenhagen, barbecue, swims and good hangs.
Fanø Bryghus
One of the first breweries we collaborated with was Fanø Bryghus who happened to be brewery of the year in Denmark in 2021. We have brewed multiple beers with them, both at our place in Sønderborg and at their brewery and continue to build on our connection with their amazing team.
